Promontory Estates

Following completion of the first two phases of Promontory Estates, a single-family home development in the Brentwood Hills with the dramatic views of the Los Angeles basin pictured above, Mr. Brubaker was asked by Haseko (California), Inc. the equity and debt capital general partner, to oversee the redesign of the 8 homes planned for the next phase.  He engaged Giannetti Architects to do this, resulting in the plan pictured below as well as two other basic floor plans and elevations.
