Oakland City Center

Part of the 15-block Oakland City Center consisted of a 12,000 retail component at the Bay Area Rapid Transit Station entrance level of the Clorox and Wells Fargo Buildings.  As project manager of both buildings, Mr. Brubaker helped to develop and market this retail component.
