Marina Square
Marina Square is the first
phase of Reem Island, a mixed-use project nearing completion adjacent to
the central business district of Abu Dhabi, UAE. by Tamouh Investments, an
Abu Dhabi based development company. As Director of Estates,
Properties and Facilities, Mr. Brubaker was tasked with the creation of a
new subsidiary of Tamouh, ThreeSixty Estates Management, to sell, lease,
market, manage and service the projects of Tamouh. Marina Square
contains 3,400 residential apartments, a 650,000 square foot office
building, a 130 unit retail mall, a 475 room hotel, and a marina.
Taken together with subsequent phases, the entire Reem Island project will
contain 110 million square feet of built up area and serve as home to over
100,000 residents.
Mr. Brubaker planned,
recruited and supervised the sales, leasing, marketing, property and
facility management teams of ThreeSixty Estates Management as they
prepared for the delivery of the project in 2010. This included
sales, leasing and marketing of three other projects:

Meena Plaza, a 3 million
square foot mixed-use project to be completed in 2010 with 600
apartments, a 375,000 square foot office building and 350,000 square
feet of retail space.

City of Lights, a , a 33
million square foot mixed-use project to be complete in 2012 with
10,000 apartments, 3.5 million square feet of office space, 800,000
square feet of retail space, and 700 hotel rooms; and

Central Business District,
a 38 million square foot mixed-use project to be completed in
2013-2015 with 12,500 apartments, 10.6 millions square feet of office
space, 900,000 square feet of retail space and 600 hotel rooms.
During this period Mr.
Brubaker supervised and/or directly participated in negotiations with
hotel, hospital, marina, district cooling, synthetic natural gas, and
laundry operators; restructured the constitutional framework of the Reem
Island strata ownership, and created strategies for the management of the
master community and individual residential and commercial towers.
