Coldwell Banker Real Estate

After relocating to Seattle to help raise his three young children, Mr. Brubaker marketed and sold high-end, primarily waterfront and water view real estate in Bellevue and Seattle.  He was an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Bain, the highest producing office in Coldwell Banker's North American chain of brokerage houses.

In his first year at Coldwell Banker Bain, he was Rookie of the Year, and in subsequent years he developed a reputation for effective, high-quality marketing that resulted in his quickly become one of very few top waterfront brokers.
