Bank of Utah Building The Bank of Utah Building, a 6-story condominium office building with parking garage, is located two blocks south of Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, UT. Mr. Brubaker supervised the conceptual design and marketing for the project pursuant to a six-month consulting agreement. He later returned to provide budgeting and asset management consulting services for the competed project. Mr. Brubaker had formerly been employed by Clark Leaming Properties in the development and management of Arrow Press Square, adjacent to the Bank of Utah Building.
