Arrow Press
Square
Arrow Press Square, a
retail and office adaptive-reuse project in six 19th century buildings
one block from Temple Square in downtown Salt Lake City, UT, was Mr.
Brubaker's first assignment out of school. The buildings,
directly across the street from the Salt Lake City Convention Center, were
assembled individually and combined into one property with restaurants,
stores and offices.
He negotiated leases,
supervised the design and construction of interior improvements and
managed the completed project until joining Transcontinental Realty
Corporation in Beverly Hills, CA.
Mr.
Brubaker later returned to Clark Leaming Properties for the development of
the Bank of Utah Building, which was built adjacent to Arrow Press Square.
